A Few Words from the Founder
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, I’ve spent over 17 years in HR, working across sectors including retail, accounting, and international organisations. Throughout my career, I have led recruitment processes in multicultural environments, partnering with teams and talent across Europe, the MENA region, Scandinavia, the US, and beyond. Reviewing thousands of CVs and conducting hundreds of interviews has given me a deep understanding of what makes a successful hire and what companies need to thrive. At the JOB HOUSE, I bring this expertise to help Cyprus-based businesses attract and retain top talent, while also guiding individuals toward roles that align with their strengths and ambitions. I believe recruitment should be personal, precise, and impactful – and that’s what we deliver.
